New Horizon Schorlarships The twelfth annual New Horizons Computer Learning Centers scholarships will provide students with the opportunity to enroll in a week long summer course, designed to give them hands-on experience in computer troubleshooting and repair. Please see below for submission criteria and eligibility requirements.

Eleventh grade students who exhibit excellence in the study of technology are eligible to receive scholarships.

Student must be nominated by a teacher or administrator.

STEM Tech Olympiad - Students from the iPrep Academy were awarded the outstanding "Engineering Design" trophy.
The Learning Village gives educators access to the best practices, instructional strategies, pacing guides, lesson plans, and resources from around your school district - all from a centralized SharePoint Web portal.
E-Campus - Go to the Learning Village, login and click on the e-Campus button to launch a list of District approved digital resources for grades K-12 by content areas.
Professional Development Courses
In support of the Enhancing Education Through Technology (EETT) grant, the Office of Instructional Technology will be providing professional development courses. Substitute coverage will be provided. Participants must register on the Professional Development Menu and Registration System at http://calendar.dadeschools.net by selecting "Find a Session" or “Find a Meeting”.
